Shipping labels are purchased on a per-shipment basis. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.
Refunds: If a label cannot be generated after successful payment, we will initiate an automatic refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We do not offer refunds for successfully generated labels unless the label was produced in error due to a verified system fault.
Pricing: Rates are fetched live from carrier APIs and are subject to change. The price displayed at checkout is the final price you will be charged.
Your shipping data, address book entries, and session history are stored securely and are only accessible by you. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
All content, software, and technology comprising the Service — including the Agentic OS name, logo, and AI agent architecture — are the exclusive property of Agentic OS and its licensors.
You retain ownership of any data you submit (addresses, package details, etc.) and grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You are responsible for verifying all shipment details before purchasing a label.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentic OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access with or without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitations) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
